HIWIN electric linear actuators are available in a wide range of designs. They are driven by an electric motor with 12 V or 24 V. The piston rod is actuated either by a trapezoidal screw or by a ball screw. Linear actuators are available with different speeds, strokes, designs, mountings and electrical connections. The available series include LAM, LAS and LAN. By means of axis controllers, up to six linear actuators can be connected together and operated, among other ways, via hand switches.
