Wide Ball Circulation Unit

Due to the very wide rail width, high load capacities, and high rigidity, this guide allows the absorption of high load moments perpendicular to the running direction.

The LW system from NSK meets the requirements for smooth operation and high load capacity. The carriages can be mounted play-free on any rail within a size range. The guide rails are surface-hardened in the ball raceways, and the carriages are uniformly induction-hardened. Additionally, the carriages can be equipped with K1 lubrication units, which enable an almost maintenance-free operation.

They are available in sizes 17 to 50.

The interchangeable components are designated as follows:
  • LAW for the carriages
  • L1W for the profile rail
