• Steel balls are secured in the carriage by retaining wire

Key features of the HIWIN MGW series:

• Improved moment load capacity due to the wide design
• Gothic arc raceway profile offers high stiffness in all directions
• Steel balls run in a miniature cage and do not fall out when the carriage is detached from the profile rail
• All metal components are made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel

The MGN/MGW series can be used in various industries, such as the semiconductor industry, PCB assembly, medical technology, robotics, measuring equipment, office automation, and other applications requiring miniature linear guides. The MGN/MGW series is available in sizes 7 to 15.

NSK offers the PA/PE series as miniature linear guides. The interchangeable components are designated as follows:

• PAU or PAE for the carriages
• P1U or P1E for the profile rails

Additionally, the carriages can be equipped with K1 lubrication units, enabling virtually maintenance-free operation.

INA supplies the KWEM as a double-row and the KWME as a four-row miniature linear guide.
