In the profile rail guides of the RG series from HIWIN, rollers are used instead of balls as the rolling elements. The RG series offers extremely high rigidity and very high load capacities. It is designed with a 45-degree contact angle. Due to the linear contact surface, deformation caused by the applied load is significantly reduced, ensuring very high rigidity and load capacity in all four directions of load. The linear guide of the RG series delivers high performance in high-precision manufacturing and achieves longer service life.

Roll circulation system:
Carriages, profile rails, deflection system, roller raceway, rollers

Lubrication system:
Lubrication nipples and lubrication adapters

Dust protection:
End seals, lower sealing strips, protective caps, double seals, and metal scrapers.

The RG series is available in sizes 15-65. Various accuracy classes and preload options are also offered.

The interchangeable components are designated as follows:

• RGH/RGW for the carriages
• RGR for the profile rails

NSK supplies the roller guides under the designation RA. The carriages can be equipped with K1 lubrication units, enabling nearly maintenance-free operation. The RA series is available in sizes 15-65.

The interchangeable components are designated as follows:

• RAA for the carriages
• R1A for the profile rails

INA supplies roller guides under the designation RUE. The RUE series is available in sizes 25-65.

The interchangeable components are designated as follows:

• RWU for the carriages
• TSX for the profile rails
