Track roller guides are available with various carriages. There are hollow chamber (LFCL), compact (LFKL), open (LFL), floating bearing (LFLL), and swivel bogie track carriages (LFDL). Using these carriages, track roller guides can be easily constructed to operate in contaminated environments. For example, the closed design protects the track rollers from dirt. Additionally, integrated lubrication units are included.
The carriages run without play on all INA guide rails and are combinable with all guide rails of the same size series, except for the round-arched rail. With the concentric (LFZ) and eccentric (LFE) journal designs, the track roller guides are adjustable without play. The track rollers (LFR) feature gap seals on both sides and are lubricated for service life. Oiled lubricating felts are used to lubricate the raceways. Corrosion-protected designs are also available.
SKF markets its track roller guide under the brand name Speedi-Roll. Speedi-Roll is a highly load-capable and torsionally stiff linear guidance system consisting of a guide rail and a carriage with four or six rollers. Speedi-Roll is offered in various designs and in sizes LLE 15, 25, and 35.
