Support rollers are ready-to-install needle and cylindrical roller bearings with a specially thick-walled outer ring, used in cam drives, guideways, conveyor systems, linear guidance systems, and similar applications. In addition to high radial loads, they also accommodate axial loads arising from minor misalignments, skew running, or temporary starting shocks. Support rollers are mounted on shafts and are available with or without an inner ring. They can be supplied without or with axial guidance of the outer ring, and come in open or sealed versions.
