Description: This material is slightly harder than Aflas 360. Nevertheless, it exhibits comparable properties. All specific information can be found in the datasheet.
Description: Aflas is characterized by extreme heat resistance and chemical compatibility. This material should be preferred over FPM in the following cases:
– 100% Methanol
– Steam up to 160°C (special grades up to 200°C)
– Bases and amines
Description: This material was specifically developed for use in the food industry. The development was based on and complies with the requirements of EU Regulation No 1935/2004 and EU Regulation No 2023/2006.
Description: DMH FPM357 is distinguished by its good flexibility at low hardness. Due to its low compression set and reduced hardness, this material is particularly suitable for sealing elements in low-pressure applications. FPM357 can be used in temperatures ranging from -20°C to +210°C.
Description: This material has similar properties to FPM 350. Additionally, it is approved according to NORSOK M-710 for applications with rapid pressure drops.
Description: This black FPM material is somewhat harder than our brown FPM 350. It can be used briefly in hot air up to 280°C and has good resistance against a wide range of chemicals.
Description: This material is similar to our brown FPM. However, it differs from DMH FPM 350 by having a slightly softer hardness level. It is FDA CFR 21.177.2600 compliant and meets the 3A Sanitary Standard 18-03. Therefore, its main application area is the food industry.
Description: FPM offers good chemical resistance and is suitable for high temperatures, but it loses elasticity at moderately low temperatures. FPM can be used in a temperature range from -20°C to 220°C. Typical applications: lip seals, seals for offshore applications, direct contact with fuel, high-speed rotary seals, and applications at 200°C.
