Description: T-NBR is the right choice for low-temperature applications. It has an operating range from -50°C to 110°C and is resistant to fuels and mineral oils.
T-NBR is not suitable for use with concentrated acids, bases, or polar solvents. Its elasticity and oil resistance do not fully match those of NBR.
For applications outside the low-temperature range, NBR is preferable.
Description: H-NBR 73 SOFT is characterized by its good rotational flexibility at low hardness. Due to its low compression set and reduced hardness, this material is well suited for wipers, back-up rings, and preloading elements in low-pressure applications such as pneumatics. H-NBR 317 is suitable for an operating temperature range from -20°C to +150°C.
Description: H-NBR ED has a hardness of 85 Shore A and the characteristic properties of H-NBR. It is available in black.
Additionally, the material is approved according to NORSOK M-710 for fast decompression applications.
Description: H-NBR with a hardness of 90 Shore A is harder than our standard H-NBR.
All other properties are similar to standard H-NBR, except the color is black to allow easier differentiation between materials.
Description: H-NBR offers improved abrasion resistance while maintaining high elasticity. The application range extends from -20°C to 150°C, with brief exposure to hot air up to 180°C. H-NBR is highly resistant to non-polar and slightly polar media (vegetable and animal fats), as well as particularly mineral oils (lubricants, hydraulic oils, etc.), aliphatic hydrocarbons, and HFA, HFB, and HFC fluids. This material is also suitable for use in water, diluted inorganic acids, and bases.
Conversely, it shows poor resistance in aromatic and polar solvents, concentrated acids, and alkalis.
Description: NBR FDA Blue meets the requirements of the FDA and the specifications of EU 1935/2004.
Description: NBR 73 Soft has an operating temperature range from -30°C to 90°C. At higher temperatures, this material hardens. NBR 73 Soft is resistant to non-polar and slightly polar media such as vegetable and animal fats, especially mineral oils (lubricants, etc.) as well as aliphatic hydrocarbons and HFA, HFB, and HFC fluids.
NBR 73 Soft is unsuitable for use with solvents and flame-retardant hydraulic fluids.
This material has excellent elastic properties (low compression set).
Description: NBR White, like all NBR types, is highly resistant to oils and fats based on mineral oil.
Many customers select this white-colored material to clearly distinguish it from other materials.
Description: NBR 85 has an operating temperature range from -30°C to 110°C. At higher temperatures, this material hardens. NBR is resistant to non-polar and slightly polar media such as vegetable and animal fats, especially mineral oils (lubricants, etc.), as well as aliphatic hydrocarbons and HFA, HFB, and HFC fluids.
NBR is unsuitable for use with solvents and flame-retardant hydraulic fluids.
This material has excellent elastic properties (low compression set) and high extrusion resistance.
