Several years ago, our sealing specialists at the Cologne site developed a dedicated split shaft seal.

The advantages are clear – fast and secure disassembly and assembly: The extensive disassembly and assembly when replacing a sealed bearing is eliminated, as we can now offer sealing solutions alongside split rolling bearings.

Function:
Our split shaft seal features a ring that supports and centers the split shaft seal (see photo) and ensures a sealed rolling bearing, comparable to one with a non-split design.

Sizes:
We offer split shaft seals in various sizes – there are no standard sizes! Custom designs are the norm since we manufacture to order – mostly sizes between 60 and 360 mm outer diameter (metric and imperial).
