Optibelt TT

The optibelt TT frequency measuring device is designed for checking the pretension of drive belts through frequency measurement. Its compact design offers universal application possibilities for drives in mechanical engineering, in the automotive industry, and for many other technical applications.

Even in hard-to-reach locations, the optibelt TT can be used effortlessly, allowing V-belts, multi-ribbed belts, and timing belts to be checked quickly and easily for their pretension values.

After switching on, the device is immediately ready to collect data. The measuring head is held over the belt to be measured (two red LED light points assist with positioning). The pretensioned belt is then set into vibration (plucking/striking with a finger is sufficient). The optibelt TT begins data acquisition and displays the result in Hertz [Hz]. The belt’s condition, color, and type do not affect the measurement.
