Shafts are supplied in metric and inch dimensions. They are manufactured standard to tolerance class H6.

Materials:

• Standard: Quenched and tempered steel, e.g. CF53 (1.1213), HRC 62+/-2
• Hollow shafts: 100 Cr6 (1.3505), HRC 60+2
• Corrosion-resistant shafts: X46Cr13 (1.4034), HRC 54+3, X90CrMoV18 (1.4112), HRC 55+5
• X105CrMo17 (1.4125), HRC 53+5
• Hard chrome-plated shafts: CF53 (1.1213), case hardness HRC 65-70, chrome layer thickness 0.008 to 0.015

It is possible to machine steel shafts according to customer specifications. Standard operations include axial and radial threads or chamfers. Special machining options include, for example, journals, profile cutouts, milled surfaces, etc.

Various support rails (shaft supports) or shaft blocks are available for shaft mounting.
