When it comes to material selection, we can always supply you with the right material. Among more than 50 different materials, you will certainly find a solution for your application. Base materials include, for example: Polyamide (PA), Polyoxymethylene (POM), Thermoplastic Elastomers (TPE), Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), Silicone Rubber (MVQ), Fluoro Rubber (Viton/FPM), Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer Rubber (EPDM), Nitrile Butadiene Rubber (NBR), and Polyurethanes (PUR).

Even for the “special cases” in production, we have suitable approved and certified materials:

Food

Materials for the food industry must meet specific requirements. This category includes all materials that are suitable and certified for contact with food products.

Cool

Many materials can be used at temperatures below freezing. Materials in the Cool category are suitable for significantly lower temperatures, with a minimum requirement of -50°C.

Soft

Sometimes a softer material is necessary. Thanks to the continuous development of our system, we can now also process soft materials—which would have been unthinkable just a few years ago. The SOFT category includes all materials previously considered too soft for processing.

Oil & Gas

Materials used in Oil & Gas applications are exposed to high stresses in many respects. High temperatures and aggressive media are part of the demands. Each application area has its own conditions. Our materials are tested according to the required standards and can be used in numerous applications.
